If you have a question about one of our trailers please ask, email is the best way to contact us. We pride ourselves on customer service and making things easy.

  • No, all orders must be placed on our website.

  • Yes! We offer access to an air compressor, air hose, and gauge for customers to check their own tires before towing.

  • We are always adding inventory to boost our selection. Please email us at [email protected] and let us know what you need. We'd love to hear from you!

  • We are happy to discuss options for long term customers. Our standard pricing includes a 50% discount on every 3rd day of the rental period. (example: days 3,6,9,12,15... are all 50% off, all other days are assessed at full rate)

  • If you are having an issue, please let us know as soon as possible. We pride ourselves on efficient scheduling and the trailer may be already rented for the next available time slot. We have a short grace period before a late fee may be assessed.

  • All of our trailers are equipped with a spare tire. We have a tire change kit available to rent. If a trailer is returned with a flat tire a repair fee may be assessed.

  • You are responsible for all damages. Your auto insurance policy may cover damage while connected to your tow vehicle. Please consult your policy documents.

  • Not typically, but for special situations we are open to discussing this for an extra charge.

  • No. Our competitively priced Add-Ons must be rented with a trailer.

  • Of course! Contact us using the information on our Contact page and we'll gladly assist you.

  • If your tow vehicle has a square type towing receiver, we most likely have you covered. We have many combinations of hitches and ball sizes.

  • We could go on and on, but here's a few short reasons:

    • Easy online ordering and scheduling.
    • High quality trailers and equipment.
    • Large variety of Add-Ons at competitive prices.
    • Fast pick ups and drop offs.

  • Generally, we advise everyone to strive to pick up and return their equipment at the times they selected when placing their order. However, we will try to accommodate reasonable requests as we are able to.

  • There are several factors to consider, most importantly never exceed the tow vehicle's manufacturer's recommendations.

    Several of our trailers when fully loaded to their maximum GVWR can easily exceed the tow ratings of many common vehicles.

  • Agreeing to our terms and conditions is a requirement to rent a trailer (or any equipment) from us. We advise you to read the agreement carefully before placing your order.

Please be safe while towing! LTC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Tow vehicle must be in good operable condition.
